Haras Henson is an open place for all generations, especially families, to enjoy together the interaction with animals in the wild. Included in the visit of the Haras Henson (Henson stud farm), the hand weaving studio and gallery of the \u00abLaines & Tissages du Marquenterre\u00bb takes you along the passionate discovery of tradition and creation around the wool crafts.\n\nA thousand years ago, the quality of the Marquenterre wools used to enjoy a fame going way beyond its boundaries : France, Flanders and England. To reconnect with this tradition was a dream which today has come true, leading from the art of weaving to the art of living in the Bay of the Somme country and sharing it with you.\n\nChristine Cocquet, weaver trained in Ireland and France, elaborates, from the wool of her sheep raised in the Haras Henson stud farm (Shetland and Hampshire breeds) remarkable wool threads. Groups activities<\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text]These hikes are for everyone, riders or not, beginners or confirmed and are available every day of the year, with exception, on our three “Henson Equestrian centers” You must be able to form a group of the same level of riding ( riders with little or no experience or confirmed riders) of a minimum of 6 people.<\/p>\n

Meals are not included, but can be organized by the Equestrian Area on request (according to the menus and price ranges desired) or brought directly by the riders. In the same way, the sleeping equipment, for the Bivouac and the Ride of Two Bays, must be brought by the riders. On the other hand, we carry graciously, both meals and equipment on lunch (unless restaurant), bivouac or hiking.<\/p>\n
