The Henson Equestrian Centers has several locations (Saint-Quentin-en-Tourmont, Fort-Mahon-Plage, Rue and Chantilly) driven by the same philosophy of professional competence, permanent creativity and quality of service in terms of equestrian tourism, teaching horse riding, pension management, horse sales and horse breeding.<\/p>\n

Rarely, one finds such a wide range of services and professions in the equestrian world, which is often more specialized.<\/p>\n

We are approved by the F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Fran\u00e7aise d’Equitation as a training center for equestrian tourism guides (ATE), with a remarkable experience and location in the Hauts-de-France region, in the heart of exceptional natural sites (Baie de Somme, Marquenterre) and close to major urban centers (Lille, Amiens, Paris).<\/p>\n

We also attach great importance to apprenticeships, for which several positions are generally to be filled each year.<\/p>\n

In addition, we have additional needs in terms of recruitment, especially seasonal, around a highly qualified permanent team, committed with passion in all of its activities, based on an original approach, resulting from the unique experience of creation a new breed of horses and equestrian tourism and horse breeding activities which make it one of the most important equestrian businesses in France.<\/p>\n

Level IV \"Youth and Sport\" certified diploma.\nIt validates 3 CU of BPJEPS Equestrian Activity.\nRNCP\/NSF code: 36133 Sports, cultural and leisure activities\nConvention 3603: equestrian centres<\/i>\n\nIssued by the French Equestrian Federation, it certifies the ability to prepare and lead equestrian walks and treks on identified routes and between known stage relays, ensuring both the safety and the pleasure of the riders as well as rational use of horses.\n\nThe accompanying person must be able, in addition to accompanying, to:\n\n- Transmit the basics of outdoor riding\n- Manage, work, secure and maintain his cavalry\n- Manage, secure and maintain infrastructure and equipment\n- Organize and promote, analyze and improve its activity.\n\nWe have prepared a complete file for you containing all the useful information concerning our training. The training of Equestrian Tourism Guide (ATE)<\/h2>

Entry requirements:<\/u>\n\n- Be 18 years old\n- Possess a federal competition license\n- Possess the first aid certificate\n- Hold Galop 6\n- Attest to 7 days of hiking including 4 consecutive.\n\nContent of the training (basic hourly volume):<\/u>\n\n- Module 1: Taking care of the public and supervising equestrian tourism \u2013 155h\n- Module 2: Equestrian techniques of equestrian tourism \u2013 150h\n- Module 3: Care and maintenance of horses and infrastructure \u2013 80h\n- Module 4: Management of activities, institutional and regulatory environment \u2013 70h\n- Module 5: Internship in a professional situation - 205h<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Our recruitments mainly relate to positions of BPJEPS monitors and equestrian tourism guides, which are most often seasonal at first.\n\nWe also recruit several apprentices annually in the disciplines of equine breeding and monitoring.\n\n

To complement our teams in Saint-Quentin-en-Tourmont, Fort-Mahon-Plage, Rue, Berck, Chantilly and Compi\u00e8gne, we are looking for qualified Equestrian Tourism Guides (BEES, ATE or BPJEPS equestrian tourism)\n\nWithin an equestrian tourism center, your missions will be the following:\n- accompany walks and horseback riding.\n- participate in the work of improving the horses.\n- ensure the cleanliness of the facilities.\n- ensure the well-being of the horses.\n\nParticular attention will be paid to the skills of the candidate in terms of reception and communication with customers, mainly tourists.\n\nType of contract: CDD - Full-time from 3 to 6 months - Work on weekends and public holidays\nSalary: 1,550 euros gross \/ month + overtime\n<\/p>\n
