Terms of Sales

  • Article 1: object

The general conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of SARL Henson and its customers in connection with the sale of the following wares: wool and other yarns, textile designs and accessories.
Any service performed by the company SARL Henson implies the unreserved acceptance of the buyer to these terms and conditions of sale.

  • Article 2 Presentation of products

The characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented in the relevant section of our site. The photographs do not enter the contractual field. The liability of SARL Henson can not be held if errors have occurred. All the texts and images presented on the site of the company SARL Henson are reserved, for the whole world, under the rights of author and intellectual property; their reproduction, even partial, is strictly forbidden.

  • Article 3 Period of validity of the offers of sale

The products are offered for sale until the stock is exhausted. In case of order of a product become unavailable, the customer will be informed of this unavailability, as soon as possible, by email or by post.

  • Article 4 Product prices

The online shop of our site indicates the prices in euros all taxes included, except shipping costs. The amount of VAT is specified when selecting a product by the customer and shipping costs appear on the screen at the end of the selection of different products by the customer.
SARL Henson reserves the right to change prices at any time but the products ordered are billed at the price in effect at the time of registration of the order.
The proposed rates include rebates and rebates that SARL Henson would be required to grant based on its results or the assumption by the purchaser of certain services.

No discount will be granted in case of advance payment.

  • Article 5 Order

The customer validates his order when he activates the link “Validate the order” at the bottom of the page “Summary of your order” after having accepted these conditions of sale. Before this validation, it is systematically proposed to the customer to check each element of his order; he can thus correct his possible errors.
SARL Henson confirms the order by e-mail; this information includes all the elements of the order and the right of withdrawal of the customer.

The data recorded by SARL Henson constitute proof of the nature, content and date of the order. This one is archived by the company SARL Henson under the conditions and the legal deadlines; the customer can access this archive by contacting the Customer Relations department via the contact form.

  • Article 6 Methods of payment

Payment of orders is by credit card.
When registering the order, the buyer must pay the full amount of the order.

  • Article 7 Withdrawal period

The Purchaser has a period of fourteen clear days, from the receipt of the products, to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or to pay penalties, with the exception, if necessary, expenses back. If the fourteen day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday or holiday, it is extended until the next business day.
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the company shall reimburse the Buyer for all amounts paid, as soon as possible and at the latest within fourteen days of the date on which this right was exercised.

  • Article 8 Late payment (clause applicable to professionals)

In the event of total or partial non-payment of the goods delivered on the day of receipt, the buyer must pay to the company SARL Henson a penalty of delay equal to one and a half times the rate of the legal interest.
The legal interest rate used is that in force on the day of delivery of the goods.

This penalty is calculated on the amount before taxes of the sum remaining due, and runs from the date of expiry of the price without any prior notice being required.

In accordance with articles 441-6 c. com. and D. 441-5 c. com., any late payment entails, in addition to late penalties, an obligation for the debtor to pay a fixed compensation of 40 € for recovery costs.

Supplementary compensation may be claimed, on receipts, when the recovery costs incurred exceed the amount of the lump sum indemnity.

  • Article 9 Delivery

All products are delivered without guarantee as to the delays, except for the deliveries to the private individuals. The delivery deadline varies according to their address. It is fixed for an address in mainland France, the day of payment + 8 days and, for other destinations, the day of payment + 1 month.
